Celerity has tremendous experience working with properties in transition and with distressed assets.  The Celerity team is ready to respond quickly if circumstances dictate the appointment of a court appointed Receiver.  We have the leasing, management, and reporting capabilities to ensure no interruptions in property operations and that all parties interests are appropriately protected.  Most importantly, Celerity has the experience to move the ball down the field and maximize the success and value of the project.  Celerity has in-house and outside attorneys available to ensure independence from the parties before the court.  The Celerity team will move quickly to address receivables and payables, take action to protect the interests of the lender and borrower, provide the high quality reporting required by all parties, and continue efforts to increase Net Operating Income and maximize asset value
