The Accounting team’s dependable accounting and financial reporting capabilities allow it to produce timely detailed financial statements in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals and to integrate with clients’ existing accounting platforms.  The team’s high attention to detail allow for accurate financial reporting with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.  We have extensive experience in preparing statements required by loan agreements including debt service coverage tests.  Our state-of-the-art integrated accounting systems allow for efficient paperless end-to-end processes.  We are experienced in calculating depreciation for both GAAP and tax purposes and we can facilitate generating all of the information required for an audit or the preparation of tax returns.  Our team can provide the financial data required to fully understand the results of operations as well as plan for the future. The Accounting and Financial Reporting team is led by David Tinkham. David has over 40 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial reporting related to real estate. He is a CPA and has experience reporting to owners of real estate ranging from individuals to NYSE-listed companies
