The Development Team is led by Tom Rumptz and Dave Spring who have developed over five ground up high quality shopping center projects and nine expansions totaling over 2.1 million square feet. Their efforts have included working on land purchase agreements, site due diligence, identifying professional consulting teams including architect and engineers to provide comprehensive evaluation from site utilization, utilities requirements, traffic studies, environmental review and mitigations and more.
