Over a long period of years, the Property Management team has been successful delivering a customer experience shoppers and retailers appreciate while keeping operating costs as low as possible for the benefit of retailers and owners. 

Our Marketing Team can develop the marketing plan that works for you.  We utilize advertising strategies, social media tools, market research, sales promotions and events to bring shoppers to your center and to increase sales. We can also implement cost efficiencies through campaign sharing opportunities between centers, while still customizing the messaging. We develop strategic partnerships with local convention and visitors bureaus, hotels, and attractions to market to tourists visiting the area. 

The Property Management and Marketing Team is led by David Nelson and Connie Dyer.  Both David and Connie have decades of experience in the management and marketing of shopping center assets, including experience with signature regional and super-regional shopping centers around the US, including Oakbrook Center (Oakbrook, IL); Copley Place (Boston, MA); the Galleria (Houston, TX); Tysons Galleria, (Tysons Corner, VA); North Point Mall (Alpharetta, GA): Mayfair Mall, (Milwaukee, WI) and Northbrook Court (Northbrook, IL), as well as lifestyle centers, including The Avenue East Cobb (Atlanta, GA); The Avenue Peachtree City (Atlanta, GA); The Avenue West Cobb (Atlanta); The Avenue Webb Gin (Atlanta, GA); The Avenue Forsythe (Atlanta, GA); The Avenue Murfreesboro (Nashville, TV); and The Avenue Carriage Crossing (Memphis, TN).
